Per my friend Mary Zefenelli”This was a completely unnecessary, and horrible experience, that taught my 4 yr old how nasty people can be. This is certainly NOT the family run, friendly farm experience I thought we would have had.

Went there on Memorial weekend Sunday. Their voicemail said they were open until 6. I was there at 4:30, around the same time as Jeane D (previous review). The workers do not understand English when you ask them a question, hand you a sheet of paper with care instructions and have you move your car out of the way so they can help the next customer.

When, who I can only assume was the owner, came out of the garage in his bathrobe and slippers basically shouting to no one in particular that he would "take care of all of us one at a time" he proceeded to the car next to the trailer filled with their $10 bushes. As I approached the trailer, I heard him saying to his workers " yes, I know, they (his customers) are being difficult, this is not rocket science". When his customer asked him a question about the variety of bushes that were already in her car, he started getting nasty with her, speaking over her, and telling his workers to unload her car. When she expressed that she wanted something else, he turnes to me (patiently waiting my turn), and asks me what car I came in.

I tell him. He turns to my BF who was walking up with our 4yr old and asks him where he's parked, so I tell him were all together. At this point, this rude, arrogant, and nasty individual tells me to get back to my car and wait. I tell him I had quick a question.

That apparently sets him off and he tells me to get back to my car, that he doesnt need my business, that "God knows" he doesn't need the money, that we should just leave, and to give him back his instructions that we didn't pay for. I handed him his paper, put my daughter in her car seat and left. It took everything I had not to tear up the lawn as I was leaving. This man should not be dealing with the general public, and if he's so fortunate that he doesn't need the money, he should retire, and stop advertising and constantly promoting his farm on Facebook, and his website.”

She could not figure out how to get a review on here.

This is poor character and a poor way to run a business. Especially a “family” atmosphere

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
